I was on my way out of Kentucky, and we stopped to get an oil change. While walking around the shopping center, I saw this older dude busking in front of the Big Lots store, and I went back to the van and grabbed my tape recorder before I stopped to talk to him. When I was about 300 feet away, I already heard the echoes of this Carter classic echoing across the parking lot! I approached him, and he was a good sport and started the song right over from the top. If you're ever in Lexington, lend him an ear!
Nicolette Hoang's velvety vocals are the finishing touch on this pitch-perfect update on outlaw country with a touch of 60s glam. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 27, 2024

I joined the fanclub and have been enjoying the random KB albums I'm unfamiliar with (there are a lot LOL) I must say this was a brilliant stand out. These two tracks breathe in a way music always should, relaxed on the edge of my seat Harvey Cliff
