My friends and I had recently formed this group, and we had been playing this tune a lot. It was recorded in the basement at Chez Puget during our practice. My friend, musical collaborator, and roommate Andrew sat in with us for a nice honky tonk piano solo. We had just figured out how to send all of our instruments through karaoke machines to give it a nice far-away feeling, and it was a blast to record it.
